I offer individual therapy on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
The sessions often have a structured approach and fall on the same time and day each week, unless agreed otherwise. Depending on what you want to achieve from therapy, I work together with you to help you understand and make sense of your difficulties, as well as to develop effective coping skills and strategies to move forward.
